In 2012, Hesed Consulting was founded. With the aim of being a Pan-African organisation that promotes global learning, quality talent acquisition and personal development.
By providing effective, personal and professional development services, we hope to address Africa’s Human Capital challenges! We hope to support companies and individuals to improve themselves and their businesses.

Our engagement process begins with a consultation with our clients and conducting a needs analysis.

Research
We do additional research to validate the stated need and ensure we have a comprehensive view of the client’s situation.

Recommendation
We tailor a solution once we’ve discovered the deficiencies. The client is then presented with the proposed solution. This allows for co-creation in order to ensure quality implementation.

Vumi is an award-winning businesswoman, international TedX speaker and renowned career coach. She holds a post graduate from New York University, A teaching qualification from Harvard University and is a MBA graduate University of London.
She has been voted the ‘34th Most Influential Young South African‘ by Avance Media, the ‘Mail and Guardian’s Top 200 Most Influential Young South Africans‘, ‘Woman of the Future’ award by SANTAM and the ‘Elle Boss of the Year‘ in the Corporate Category.
Besides being published, she is a regular career commentator on SA FM, Kaya FM, Nigeria’s Smooth FM and a Career Columnist for Nigeria’s ‘The Guardian’ newspaper. Internationally, she has worked for prominent global organisations such as Barclays, Investec, Nedbank, First National Bank, and Vodafone.
